Shipping & Delivery
We reserve the right to update and revise these Shipping/Delviery Policy and Guidelines without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies and services. Please make sure that you review it frequently as anytime you place an order with Fox Hills Printing. The current Shipping Policy and Guidelines will apply.

Fox Hills Printing ships all packages via UPS or its related services. Our standard shipping level is UPS Ground, but you may elect to use an alternative method of UPS shipping during the ordering process. Our shipping charges are based on the rates charged by the carrier as they may vary from time to time. Saturday delivery is available at an additional charge. All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, which means ownership and risk of loss transfers to you once we deliver the print products to our shipping carrier. If you elect to pick up your order, ownership and risk of loss will transfer to you when you take possession of the order. If you take advantage of our local delivery option, ownership and risk of loss will transfer to you when you accept delivery, or when we leave the order if delivery without a signature has been authorized.

Because UPS does not ship to a Post Office box, it is your responsibility to verify that an actual street address has been entered, and that it is the correct and accurate address (including zip code) for your delivery. We strongly recommend that you include a telephone contact number in your shipping information. We are not responsible for any delays, losses or increased delivery charges caused by mistaken or incorrect delivery addresses. We are not responsible for any delays or losses of product once the product is delivered to the carrier for shipment.

Holidays may affect and delay your shipping times. Please take holidays into account when estimating your package delivery time.

Please take note that if you choose a residential address as your delivery address the carrier will typically not require a signature at the time of delivery and the package may be left at the address. If you require a delivery signature, please contact Customer Service.

Privacy & Security
We believe your privacy and confidentiality are very important. We are committed to your privacy. Consequently, we have set a very high standard in safeguarding your personal information and will protect the information you share with us. Our privacy policy applies to all information that we collect on this website, as well as in telephone conversations, e-mail transactions, and through in-person order placement. When you make a decision to allow us to be your printer, we believe we have a deep responsibility to protect the confidentiality of any proprietary information, company sales and marketing strategies, and confidential product specifications you provide to us. The content of your documents will remain private, confidential, and secure at our printing firm.

Your Responsibility: When using this website, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of this security and privacy policy. To do a better job protecting your privacy needs, and to adapt to new laws, legal standards, and printing industry standards and customs, we will periodically review our Security and Privacy Policy. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes, modifications, alterations, and updates to this policy at any time. If changes are made, we will not contact you. It is your responsibility to personally check the Security and Privacy Policy for changes, modifications, alterations, and updates.

Customer Information: When you become our customer, you may be asked to provide us with certain information, including your company name, your name, and your e-mail address. This information will be used for unspecified updates and communications about your order, questionnaires to measure your satisfaction, and announcements of new products, services, and special pricing promotions. We use the information we collect to improve the customer experience. We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose information about our clients to any other party except as required to process and ship purchases.

Security: It is our policy to protect your information from all types of loss, misuse, or alteration. Any artwork files or documents submitted will be treated with respect and the utmost care. Our website has redundant security measures in place to protect against the misuse of information that we control, including credit card numbers. All data is protected using the most advanced methods currently available. However, we remind all customers that no electronic transaction is ever 100% guaranteed safe.

Returns & Replacements

Any cancellation or compensation given to the customer will be refunded in a timely manner. Please allow up to 10 business days for the monies to be credited to your account. Customer must notify Fox Hills Printing within 3 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product or the claim will be denied. In order to receive replacement Customer must return 100% of the received product within 5 days (at their own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken.

All charges related to expedite shipping are NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason. As a customer, you are responsible for submitting print-ready files (resolution of 300 dpi, CMYK color mode, correct bleed, etc.). Fox Hills Printing will only correct errors of improper cutting, print quality and color print shift.  Please note that due to the nature of a full-color printing process (CMYK), we cannot print every color available. We do not color match; however, we offer the print industry’s standard phrase of respectable color and will make every rational effort to print your product as close to the colors you have provided as possible.

Ordering
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Fox Hills Printing agrees to fulfill your online orders such as print and reprint order processing and other services that may be amended by Fox Hills Printing in accordance with its practices and procedures from time to time, at prices and subject to the other terms and conditions that are set forth on the Site. All prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are valid until altered by us. Prices do not include delivery charges. Postage could be added to your order during the checkout process. Fox Hills Printing makes every effort to provide current and accurate information about products, services and prices but we do not guarantee the accuracy of such information. Information about products is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change prior to our acceptance of Your order. In the event that you order products and the price published on the Service was incorrect, Fox Hills Printing will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish Fox Hills Printing to fulfill your order at the correct price. Any dates specified for delivery of any products are intended to be an estimate only.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Fox Hills Printing accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We do not currently accept international wire transfers, money orders, personal checks or cashier’s checks. We do not ship COD.
We are unable to apply manufacturers’ coupons. If you have ordered multiple items and they are shipped in different packages, you may see separate charges.
Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number your   credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
Updating Account Information
You must keep your password and other login information confidential, and may not disclose such information to any other person. If, due to your acts or omissions, an unauthorized user gains access to any password-protected area of FoxHillsPrinting.com, you shall be liable for the unauthorized use and the consequences of such use.
